This Non-Profit corporation was established in 1968 to provide its members safe, economical and reliable aircraft for personal enjoyment, training and transportation. We are located in the heart of the Metroplx at KGPM and have just upgraded our C182 with a new, state of the art IFR panel using Garmin instruments. We have also just upgraded to a P.Ponk engine with MT prop. Now is the time to enjoy the benefits of your IFR ticket or economically train to get yours!
Shares are allocated in one tenth (1/10) portions.
Ten (10) members maximum, shares can not be subdivided.

There is no initiaion fee.
$228/mo covers all expenses & 1 hour wet.
Additional hours at $113/hour wet.
Computer Scheduling done on-line.
Members sell their own share.
New members are subject to board approval.
New members must have at least ASEL rating.
Members may receive dual instruction in our plane.
Before operating as Pilot in Command, must also have:
      125 total hours logged, 10 in a Cessna 182
      High Performance Endorcement
      Current Medical and BFR
No business nor commercial use allowed.
